Leading Edge Manufacturing is expanding production and workforce operations across its two Acadiana facilities, including its facility in Broussard, Louisiana. The expansion represents another important investment in the region’s growing manufacturing economy and skilled workforce.
According to Louisiana Economic Development, the expansion is expected to create 20 new direct jobs and 30 new indirect jobs while retaining 62 existing positions. The company also anticipates the potential for 50 additional job opportunities as its operations continue to grow.
Leading Edge Manufacturing provides precision machining, fabrication and manufacturing services supporting a variety of industries. Its continued investment demonstrates the strength of Broussard and Acadiana as a location for advanced manufacturing and business growth.
