BROUSSARD, La. — Parish Brewing Co., one of Louisiana’s most recognized craft breweries, has announced plans for a significant expansion at its headquarters located on Jared Drive in Broussard.
The project will add approximately 22,500 square feet to the company’s existing brewery and taproom operations. According to reports, the expansion will include a new brewhouse, fermentation space, warehouse and distribution areas, loading docks, laboratory facilities, and additional office space to support the company’s continued growth.
Once completed, the expansion is expected to nearly double Parish Brewing’s annual production capacity to approximately 40,000 barrels, further strengthening the company’s regional presence and distribution capabilities across the South.
Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Broussard since 2012, Parish Brewing has become nationally recognized for its craft beer offerings, including Ghost in the Machine and Canebrake. The company’s continued investment in Broussard reflects the city’s strong business environment and ongoing economic momentum.
Groundbreaking on the expansion is anticipated to begin by the end of May 2026.
